My name is Harmeet and I am a mom to a 1 year old baby girl. I was born and raised in California and went to UCLA for my undergrad and masters. I have a MPH in healthcare management. I’m passionate about public health, motherhood, mental health, women empowerment and all things Punjabi. Currently, I’m a stay at home mom and I have a small Etsy shop with content promoting the Punjabi language.
