Chai Mommas French Bread Pizza
There are days where I am looking for something easy, fast and inexpensive to make for dinner that everyone in my family would enjoy!!! I am tired of spending a good deal of money on ordering pizzas and plus its not healthy. I know that you can never go wrong with PIZZA, everyone LOVES PIZZA. Here’s an alternative way of making pizza which is very yummy and easy! The best thing about this pizza bread is that it’s not heavy and its loaded with a lots of veggies and great making it with your children as helpers…….
1 loaf of french whole wheat bread
1 bottle of any brand pizza sauce
2 cups of mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Organic Veggies: spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, olives, ( you can add any veggies you prefer or even pineapple)
Organic Meat: Pepperoni, sausage, or ham
Drizzle of olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, so you have a top and a bottom of the bread. Then take out the inside of the bread till it is hollow. Sprinkle olive oil on both loafs, place in a pizza tray. Put it in the oven for about 10 mins or till crispy. Then take the loafs out and start with the pizza sauce, cheese, meat and veggies and last drizzle a little olive oil over the loafs so it does not dry out. Place it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or till cheese is melted. Cut up the loafs with a pizza cutter and serve.
