  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 cup karo syrup
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla essence
  • ¼ stick butter
  • 1 cup small sliced pecans
  • 9 inch gram cracker pie shell
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
  2. After beating eggs, place in blender and blend then add sugar, butter, salt, karo syrup and blend again.
  3. Mix in the pecans and pour mixture into the pie shell.
  4. Bake for first 40 minutes on second rack then move to top rack for an additional 15 minutes or until top is brown.
  5. Enjoy!
