singapore meal mee goreng

This meal can also be made with ground turkey, pork or chicken.  I have always ate it with just vegetables but other family members have made it with meat and they have said it is delicious!!! I know it does not sound so appealing with lettuce, eggs and tomatoes as garnish but this unusual garnish makes the meal so scrumptious!!!  This is such a yummy dish, that while I am writing this post I want to make this for dinner.

Enjoy, and let me know what you think of this recipe. Would love to hear what your thoughts on this recipe are or even if you have any other suggestions to add to the recipe. 🙂
