recipe: healthy avocado milk

Avocados are def a go to for all Mexican food! Not only are they super healthy for you, their rich creamy taste makes any food better! In fact just eating an avocado a day can make such a difference in your diet. Growing up, my mom actually made me Avocado milk which I know sounds so weird but it was so good! It’s super easy and has a sweeter taste so even your kids will like it! Check out the recipe:

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in in a blender and refrigerate for 30 minutes…
